This annual fundraiser for the non-profit Tucson City of Gastronomy brings together chefs that represented Tucson at international events during the year. Erika Bostick (Fonda la Hermanita), Devon Sanner (The Carriage House), Moody Elbarasi (The Coronet) , Mo Madril (Geronimo's Revenge), and Todd Sicolo (Gold at Westward Look) will re-create the dishes they demonstrated in China, Turkey, and Norway in 2019.
