Recreate Janos’ award-winning dishes in your own kitchen

Janos has been teaching Tucsonan’s how to cook for over 40 years. Learn how to cook from a James Beard award winning Chef in a demonstration class. All classes culminate with a complete meal which we’ll cook together in Studio Janos’ purpose-built kitchen studio.

Every class will have an overarching theme, perhaps modern sauce making, or how to cook with heritage ingredients. Scattered throughout each class are pro tips and tricks

Demonstration Classes tend to be more informative and allow Janos to take deeper dives into the subject matter, answer questions, share anecdotes and are typically more entertaining. These classes allow each student to see how every recipe is made rather than having a hands on experience making one or two of the recipes being taught.

Video Classes offer the opportunity to learn a wide range a techniques and recipes at home. Each professional video is a long form demonstration complete with downloadable recipes, shopping lists and useful tips.

Pricing Details

  • $1650 + tax for up to 10 guests. Includes all recipes, 3 course meal of the items demonstrated, complimentary wine, service charge
