Your dinner at Studio Janos is the culmination of Janos’ lifetime of learning as a Chef. This culinary journey will be a progression of multiple small courses, each its own expression of specific heritage ingredients, flavors, and techniques. Get ready for a convivial night of celebrating, tasting, and dining with great conversation.

Private Dinner Options & Details

  • Heritage Foods: Take a deep dive into the heritage foods, iconic flavors, and history of our region as a point of departure for creating exciting, modern dishes.

  • Create Your Own Menu: If heritage foods and the flavors of Tucson are not what you’re looking for, Janos will work with you to create the meal of your dreams.

  • Wine with your Dinner:  Guests are encouraged to bring their own wine and spirits for their dinner. Janos will help pair wines with your special meal and is also available to source the wine.

  • All private dinners consist of light passed hors d’ oeuvres followed by a 6 course meal at our custom built table.

  • Janos will cook and plate dinner in front of you and will describe each course.

  • Each guest will receive a custom printed menu.

  • Dinners are staffed by our highly trained staff of personable, professional servers.

  • Varietal specific glassware is used for wine service.

  • Dinners are priced at $2500.00 for maximum of 12 guests, plus 22% service charge and 8.7% tax for up to 4 hours
