The Gastronomic Union of Tucson presents a culinary adventure that will showcase the influences of Padre Eusebio Kino's travels and the foods he introduced to Pimeria Alta and our beloved City of Gastronomy, Tucson. From orchard fruits to staple grains to livestock to legumes to vegetables and herbs, the foods that Kino introduced to this region radically transformed our culinary landscape.
The chefs of GUT will be highlighting the culinary legacy of Kino through a five course meal with hors d'oeuvre and wine pairing.
Welcome cocktail and hors d'oeuvre will begin at 6 pm
