octopus, shrimp, squid, crab, in coconut milk-lime-soy broth with mango + squid ink

TROTTER SALPICON TOSTADA

shredded pork trotters in spicy, refreshing citrus marinade on fresh corn tostada with cucumbers, onions, cilantro, avocado
