We are now taking reservations for private dinners at Studio Janos which will reopen Friday, September 26.

 

Dinner at Studio Janos allows you to choose one of two seasonal menus; either our Heritage Foods Menu, an inspiring menu steeped in the 5000 year gastronomic heritage of the Sonoran Desert or Janos Global Favorites from the Vault, our favorite dishes from around the world curated from thousands of dishes developed during Janos Restaurant’s 30 year run in Tucson.

Your dinner at Studio Janos is the culmination of Janos’ lifetime of learning as a Chef. This culinary journey will be a progression of multiple small courses, each its own expression of specific ingredients, flavors, and techniques. Get ready for a convivial night of celebrating, dining and great conversation.

  • Janos Global Favorites From The Vault: We’ve searched through our vaults of thousands of dishes we developed over the years at Janos Restaurant to create a menu of our favorite dishes showcasing dishes with flavors and techniques from around the globe.

  • Heritage Foods: Take a deep dive into the heritage foods, iconic flavors, and history of our region as a point of departure for creating exciting, modern dishes. See why Tucson received the designation as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

  • Wine with your Dinner: If you like, we work with our old friends Jenifer and Thomas at The RumRunner to select the appropriate wines for each course of the Janos Global Favorites From The Vault menu. They’ll be happy to guide you to the appropriate choices for your dinners. You can contact either of them at The RumRunner 520-326-1021. For our Heritage Foods Menu, we’re working with the Arizona Wine Collective where Michelle or Dave Boudreau can pair excellent Arizona wines with your meal.   • All private dinners consist of a seven-course meal created and served at our custom built table.

  • Janos will cook and plate dinner in front of you and will describe each course.

  • Each guest will receive a custom printed menu.

  • Dinners are staffed by our highly trained staff of personable, professional servers.

  • Varietal specific glassware is used for wine service.

  • Private dinners with up to twelve friends, family, or business associates are priced at $2750.00 plus 8.7% tax and $600.00 service charge payable in advance.

  • Parking is limited and quite restricted around Studio Janos. We suggest guests take public transportation, UBER or LYFT.
