After over 40 years cooking for you at my restaurants, I’m thrilled to announce the most personal expression of my work. This is the place where I’ll cook my most delicious food, do my most informative teaching, and undertake my most far-reaching research.
I’ll be drawing on my entire career as a chef, restauranteur, and heritage food advocate to bring the best of what I’ve learned directly to you. Join me for a private dinner where we will explore the heritage flavors of Tucson and beyond.
