WELCOME TO STUDIO JANOS
Opening Studio Janos is the pinacle of my forty-year career cooking for you in Tucson. Your meal will be the distillation of everything I have learned about cooking, technique, flavor, ingredients and presentation. All my paths have led to Studio Janos.
Dinner for ten guests will be held in our new, private new jewel box location downtown with its tall ceilings, pieces from our collection of local artists and custom furniture. Cooking in front of you in my purpose designed kitchen, I will prepare a specially designed seven course meal with beverage pairings right in front of you and your guests.
